I graduated from California State University Long Beach with a B.S. degree in Accounting and a B.S. in Finance.  However, I'm not your stereotypical drab "number cruncher", "bean counter".  Contrarily, I'm very gregarious, as well as analytical.  I'm also a Real Estate Broker who is a member of the National Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors and the South Bay Association of Realtors, which means that I uphold a strict code of ethics above what is required by the Department of Real Estate.  Most importantly, I am extremely passionate about this wonderful industry!
